Well, it's a broad question that I'll try to wrap my mind around. It might take some thinking out loud, so I apologize in advance.
Right now, I'm just trying to make it through college with marketable knowledge and experience to find a job and make it in the real world. In short, I need to find a career. And there's not much that I wouldn't sacrifice to achieve that. At the same time, though, I'm in a very fortunate position where I don't have too many externalities to worry about seeing as I still depend on my parents for rent, tuition and the occasional room and board during breaks.
Overall, I don't have to much to sacrifice other than free time or maybe a chance to have some fun on a weekend. I'm a firm believer in "all work and no play makes for a dull boy," so even with my free time I'm reluctant to give all of that up. Unless it is poorly managed free time. For example, I'd would rather wake up early to work before class than sleep in most of the time because that means I make room for my personal life at a more desirable time of day - one where I can enjoy it with others as well.
Well, there's the round about fashion I foreshadowed, but I think that made sense.
