There are any number of questions to consider:
What was or is your best year?
What were or would you like to be doing at 25?
What is your most recent funny story? (Maren - Super Mario Banana)
But at the moment my question is:
What is it worth to you?
In terms of business or your personal life. What at the moment are you trying to find most and how much are you willing to pay to try to get there?
For example: I need to find a way to generate more income... Most people I know have this same issue. There a plethora of "get rich" schemes and scams out there. The large majority of these are generally very "cheesy" enterprises. I want something that is green, sustainable and respectable. Something that my highly skeptical wife would think is cool and would be willing to back emotionally. If you know my wife, this would appear to leave very few available options open, but I am the eternal optimist and think there are thousands of possibilities that meet this need.
Current business: Given that I am in the commercial real estate business, the easiest means would be to find existing customers that want to purchase or lease space. But my heart really isn't into paying very much time and effort into this avenue.
Heart of the matter: So what am I willing to spent time doing? The primary item is that I do not like wasting time. I want to be productive and interactive with people. I like to solve problems in a very effective and efficient manner. What is the solution?
